White Collar Management
At Vision Personnel, we have a specialist White Collar Management department. Our white collar team have a proven track record of delivering a high quality service from initial job specification, through to placement and aftercare. We can provide temporary cover from as little as 1 day to a permanent placement at director level. We generally register and fully interview all candidates before putting them out to work. This gives us an understanding of the candidates suitability based on qualifications, experience and personal ability. We can supply candidates to sectors such as, but not limited to:

That is why, when working with us, we have some compulsory requirements for candidates applying for a role in the White Collar Management sector.

For construction management and supervisor roles (e.g. site managers and supervisors), there are some further requirements that must be obtained by
the candidate, these are:
- On site managements/Supervisors
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS/ SSSTS Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
Vision Personnel can offer experienced professional candidates with suitable roles, as well as trainee vacancies for individuals looking to obtain an
opportunity within the construction industry whether that be surveying or site based.
