QUALITY POLICY
Vision Personnel Ltd is a specialist construction and trades recruitment agency. We have established this Quality Policy to be consistent with the purpose and context of our organisation. It provides a framework for setting and reviewing our quality objectives, and reflects our commitment to satisfying applicable customer, regulatory, and legislative requirements, and to the continual improvement of our Quality Management System.
Our Commitments
Customer Focus: We are committed to understanding the needs of our construction clients, principal contractors, and candidates across housebuilding, commercial, civil engineering, and fit-out sectors. We invest time in understanding each client’s site, compliance, and programme requirements to source and supply the right people, first time. We treat every candidate with professionalism, provide clear information on roles and pay, and monitor satisfaction to drive continual improvement.
Leadership: Our senior leadership team is committed to creating and maintaining a working environment in which all individuals are fully engaged in achieving our business objectives and quality commitments.
Engagement of People: We recognise that our people are the foundation of our business. Every member of the Vision Personnel team is valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their skills and expertise to our success.
Process Approach: We understand that consistent results are achieved more efficiently when activities and resources are managed as defined, interconnected processes. We are committed to documenting and maintaining clear processes across all operations.
Continual Improvement: We are committed to the continual improvement of our QMS and services. Improvement is a core annual objective, driven through regular review, internal audit, and management oversight.
Evidence-Based Decision Making: We make decisions relating to our QMS and operations on the basis of relevant data and information, ensuring our actions are informed, proportionate, and effective.
Relationship Management: We recognise that mutually beneficial relationships with our supply chain and external providers enhance our ability to deliver value. We manage these relationships transparently and collaboratively.
Wider Responsibilities: It is our policy to meet the requirements of all relevant interested parties and to address our social, environmental, charitable, regulatory, and legislative responsibilities. We are committed to operating sustainably and supporting the communities in which we work.
Quality Objectives: Measurable quality objectives relating to this policy are reviewed annually and can be found in document QMS/R03 – Quality Objectives.
