Vision Personnel is working with an existing client, who’s looking for a Maintenance Contracts/Account Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in reactive maintenance or construction
- Proficiency in CAFM systems (e.g., Access Maintain, Verisae)
- Strong customer service focus with quoting/estimating experience
- Excellent communication across all levels
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable, punctual, with strong time management skills
Skills:
- Strong verbal/written communication; able to explain technical info to non-technical clients
- Experience handling financial matters (e.g., invoices)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of maintenance processes, technical documents, and reports
- Analytical thinking to recommend solutions based on client needs
Duties:
- Effectively communicate with clients and manage financial discussions
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Organize and prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts
- Interpret technical documents and solve problems efficiently
£50,000 – £65,000/annum
Additional Information:
- Smart dress code for client meetings
- Office-based with site visits (80/20 split)
- May involve overnight stays and attendance at client functions (expenses covered)
- Pension and company car allowance negotiable
