For November, we are proud to recognise two outstanding team members who have demonstrated exactly what it means to be a true professional in the construction industry.

This month’s Contractors of the Month awards go to Kieran Livermore, General Labourer, and Bradley Page, Telescopic Forklift Operator, for their exceptional performance on the Bellway Eastern,Beaumont Park site in Great Dunmow. Both were personally nominated by their Site Manager, Ben Wilson, whose feedback highlighted not only their hard work, but the positive impact they continue to have on site operations.

Ben shared the following:

Bradley Page – Telescopic Forklift Operator

“Bradley has been working non-stop to keep every trade on site fully supplied, making sure the job keeps moving smoothly as the only telehandler on site. He’s also taken full ownership of the site compound, keeping it tidy, organised and looking sharp, real pride in presentation and it shows.”

Kieran Livermore – General Labourer

“Kieran has shown consistent dedication throughout his time at Beaumont Park, fully embracing what’s expected of a pre-plaster and making those standards his own. His attention to detail has helped maintain high inspection scores across the site, reliability you can always count on.”

Both Kieran and Bradley were presented with their official Contractor of the Month certificates along with a £50 Amazon voucher each by Vision Personnel’s Managing Director, Sean Hung. This recognition reflects not just their individual contributions, but also Vision’s ongoing commitment to rewarding hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude across all sites we support nationwide.

The Contractor of the Month initiative is designed to shine a light on the people who keep the industry moving, the ones who consistently give their best, support their teams, and help create safe, efficient and well-managed sites. Kieran and Bradley have truly embodied these values throughout November, and their recognition is thoroughly deserved.
