Commercial Reactive Maintenance Plumber

Vision Personnel is working with an existing client searching for a Plumber.

The Plumber ideally needs to be based in the below area’s:

• Basildon
• Benfleet
• Canvey Island
• Hockley
• Leigh-on-Sea
• Rayleigh
• Rochford
• Stanford-le-Hope

This is a self employed position.

You will be completing jobs on behalf of the below companies:

Boots, KFC, TFL, Cine World (Cinema’s), Pubs, Restaurants and possibly Social Housing Contracts.

Must have requirements:

• NVQ Level 2
• G3 Certified
• Plant room experience
• Clean driver’s license.
• Needs to have a commercial background.
• 8 + years of driving experience
• 4 years experience
• Own tools

Duties on site:

• Commercial Plumbing

• Weekend’s and overtime is X 1.5 the agreed hourly rate
• Night shifts is £100 – £75 plus agreed day rate
