Grid & BESS Tendering Manager

Vision Personnel are working with a Contractor who operate Nationwide.We are currently recruiting for a Grid & BESS Tendering Manager on a full-time basis

Brief role overview: preparing engineering packages for ICP works, battery storage installation works and expanding the subcontractor basis for civil and electrical works in these areas

Key requirements:

· Enthusiasm towards decarbonisation and renewable energy

· Experience with ICP contractors and ICP-related works (essential)

· Experience with battery storage projects (desirable)

· Experience with solar projects (desirable)

· Leadership and ownership on projects taken under control

· Ability to work autonomously as well as with the team

· Knowledge of main players in the industry (TA’s, Investors, EPC, ICP, third party labs etc)

· Innovative spirit

· Ability to deal with ambiguity and problem solving

· Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across different levels in and out of the organization

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Structured and well-organized method of work

· Clean Driving license
