Vision Personnel is working with an existing client, who’s looking for a Maintenance Contracts/Account Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in reactive maintenance or construction
  • Proficiency in CAFM systems (e.g., Access Maintain, Verisae)
  • Strong customer service focus with quoting/estimating experience
  • Excellent communication across all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; willingness to learn new systems
  • Reliable, punctual, with strong time management skills

Skills:

  • Strong verbal/written communication; able to explain technical info to non-technical clients
  • Experience handling financial matters (e.g., invoices)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes, technical documents, and reports
  • Analytical thinking to recommend solutions based on client needs

Duties:

  • Effectively communicate with clients and manage financial discussions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts
  • Interpret technical documents and solve problems efficiently

    £50,000 – £65,000/annum 

Additional Information:

  • Smart dress code for client meetings
  • Office-based with site visits (80/20 split)
  • May involve overnight stays and attendance at client functions (expenses covered)
  • Pension and company car allowance negotiable
