1. Register your interest

After showing your interest, you will receive a call from one of Vision’s expert Recruitment Consultants. Initially, you can expect a relaxed and friendly telephone conversation, helping the team to find out a little bit more about you, your skill sets, past experience and the type of role you are interested in. Additionally, Vision Personnel will require an insight to the qualifications you currently hold, for example, CPCS card, CSCS card, IPAF qualifications etc. 

To put you forward for opportunities with their clients, Vision will also ask for you to supply 2 work-related references and will need to obtain your right to work documents. Once they have all of the above information, Vision Personnel can then get you registered onto their system.

2. Job search

Following this phone call, the team at Vision will actively begin to search for available roles that meet your criteria and also fall within your geographical location. 

3. Job specifications

Once a role has been found, you can expect an in-depth call from a consultant who will talk you through the full job specification, role and responsibilities. If this work opportunity sounds of interest to you, your consultant will then proceed to put you forward to their client.

4. First day

Should you be successful, you can expect to receive a call from your designated consultant on the morning of your first working day. They will be calling to ensure that you feel fully prepared, answer any queries, and confirm that you have no issues locating the assigned project. 

You can also expect an aftercare phone call at the end of your working day, where your consultant will check in to confirm that everything has gone smoothly and that you are happy in your new position.

5. Aftercare

Vision Personnel will keep in touch through regular phone calls and site visits to keep up to date with your progress, and to be on hand should you need any assistance. The team pride themselves on providing 24/7 communication, with a member of the staff always on hand should you need them.
